These are what I feel are my options, but I'm looking to use a Wallstreet board with S-video out with a powerlogix g4 upgarde maxed out with RAM, all powered by Kanga Batteries in a custom cage. For the keyer I'd like the one based on the Keywarrior IC chip. I also hope to use a firewire video camera mounted on a covert canon display (idealy monocular) or simply the unmodified display. For the casing I prefer the metapad idea (IBM hit on something there) since it is a much more user friendly idea, that and the eVest looks cool.
More likely IÕll be using a Mostly stock Wallstreet with a 66 MHz bus and 256 Megs of RAM, a custom built keyer and possibly some form of AV input to use with a 802.11b NIC
