 Overview
By default a new Newton Works
document of type Paper will be created without the ruler. Certainly each
of you will work with ruler and so you must activate the ruler byself.
This is what Works Auto-Ruler is for. If it is installed then a new Newton
Works document of type Paper will be created with the ruler on
automatically.
