Track History (GPS Map only)

This feature records all your movements and displays it as a "tail" up to some length behind the actual position symbol. That may be of good help for curving into runway direction or for returning the same way you have come from.

Mission Recorder (GPS Map only)

This function stores your whole mission (one stamp every 15 seconds) for later replying as a curve plotted onto any map. This may be a good aid e.g. for proving that you haven't touched a restricted area.

Printing, Faxing, Beaming, e-Mailing (GPS Map only)

The seperate application GPS Map Tools supports the exchange of routes and database entries with other users of GPS Map. The PDA's infrared interface may be used for transmitting (beaming) a planned route to others, e.g. during a competition.

Saving Window Contents to Notebook (GPS Map only)

You can save both the NAV information window and the map calculation window to the notebook.
