- Which Newton model are you using?
- Which version of the Newton Internet Enabler (NIE) and of Mail V are you using? This information can be found in Mail V’s About box. To view the About box, open the In Box; tap the information button; tap Mail V Prefs in the list that appears; tap the information button; tap About in the list that appears.
- Exactly what happens, and what did you do to make it happen? I’ll need to reproduce the problem.
