Canada Legalizes Gay Marriage
Before we get rid of institutions like
marriage -- which I enjoy, very much -- we should consider getting rid of the
supermarket religions, first.
Last night, Canada became the first nation in the Americas to legalize same-sex marriage . After months of fierce debate, the Senate voted over two to one to approve the bill already past the lower house. The usual suspects predicted the end of the world. Marriage ceremonies are expected to start before the week is out.
At the same time, the thug in the White House offered up a nominee for the US Supreme Court whose agenda almost makes it up to the 19th Century.
