WriteHere tools adds powerful text editing and text transformation
features to WriteHere and your Newton!

With extensible WriteHere tools, you can perform word count, case
change, sort, and delete spaces from any application that supports
text input, from the Notepad to the NewtWorks word processor!

WriteHere Writing Formats automatically transform your written text
into UPPERCASE or lowercase!

WriteHere Tools Features
========================

  o Change Case: Change the case of selected text, UPPERCASE,
    lowercase, Title Case, tOGGLE cASE, and Sentence case.
    
  o Delete Spaces: Deletes spaces from a text selection.
  
  o Sort: Sorts paragraphs from A-Z.
  
  o Word Count: Counts the words from *any* text view.
  
  o Downcase: WriteHere Writing Format that converts all inputted
    text into lowercase.
    
  o Upcase: WriteHere Writing Format that converts all inputted
    text into UPPERCASE.

System Requirements

WriteHere Tools requires Newton OS 2.x and 12K of storage space.
WriteHere Tools requires WriteHere to be installed.

Installing WriteHere Tools
==========================

WriteHere Tools is installed like any Newton package, using the Newton
Backup Utility (NBU), the Newton Connection Utilities (NCU), or
any third-party package downloading utility.

Using WriteHere Tools
=====================

When installed, WriteHere Tools will appear in the WriteHere
toolbar. Tap on the tool icon to access the WriteHere tools.

Tapping on the tool button will allow you to open any
WriteHere tools such as Word Count, Change Case, or Sort.
You can also select a Writing Format with with to use. Note,
only one Writing Format can be active at any time.

Some WriteHere tools will also be installed in the Tools
menu of NewtonWorks.
