UnlimitedFolders is a utility which greatly enhances filing on your Newton as well as allows you to manage all of your folders for each application. Unlimited Folders allows you to: * Display a popup menu when the folder icon is tapped within all applications (allows you to customize that menu too). * Allows an unlimited number of global and local folders. It does this by seamlessly extending the built-in interface. * Allows you to create sub-folders and set up a seamless hierarchical filing system. * Allows you to easily and quickly manage all of your folders from one concise screen. * Allows you to change a local folder into a global folder. * Allows you the option to create a new folder and then have the item automatically filed in that new folder. * Search all of your data for missing or deleted folders and allows you to add the folders one at a time. * Allows you to do a diagnostic analysis of your folder structure and fix any problems it finds. * And many more powerful features! INSTALLATION UnlimitedFolders is a single application which must be stored on your internal store. Prior to installation, be sure your "Card" application (found in the Extras drawer) has the "Save new info and packages on this card" unchecked. This will insure that UnlimitedFolders is stored on the internal store when installed. UnlimitedFolders uses around 50K of storage space. Once installed, UnlimitedFolders is automatically activated and will run for 30 days from the time you first install it. To check to see if UnlimitedFolders is operational, simply tap on the familiar folder icon within any application. You should then be presented with a popup menu which will contain a list of the available folders along with several other convenient options. UnlimitedFolders Demo Version This Demo Version of UnlimitedFolders is fully functional except that it will not allow you to run the special feature which searches for missing folders. This demo version will run for 30 days from the time you first install it. After those 30 days, the features UnlimitedFolder adds will no longer be available (however it will NOT disturb any of the folders you created or altering during its use). At any time, this demo version can be unlocked and made a full working version (see Unlocking UnlimitedFolders demo outlined immediately below). Unlocking UnlimitedFolders Demo Version This demo version of UnlimitedFolders can be unlocked with an access key allowing you to convert it to a full working version. If you have decided you would like to purchase UnlimitedFolders, go ahead and contact SilverWARE with your seed key to get your access key to unlock this demo version. To get your seed key, open the Extras Drawer and tap on the UnlimitedFolders icon. Then tap on the i button and select Unlock. This will display a window which will show you your seed key and also allow you to enter your individual access key. Once you have received your access key, go ahead and enter it in the access key field by first tapping the keyboard icon beside the access code field. This will display the built-in numeric keypad. Then go ahead and enter your access key. Be sure to enter the access key you are given without any spaces. Then go ahead and tap the Unlock button. You will then get a conformation screen telling you have successfully unlocked UnlimitedFolders. HOW TO ORDER UnlimitedFolders is available from SilverWARE and sells for $25.
