About DinoCrypt
DinoCrypt allows you to en- and decrypt any text stored on your Newton. For example it allows you to hide important numbers. Encrypted text can't be read with a Soup tool. The encrypted text is stored at the same place as your original text.

Security Aspects
It could be possible to crack the encrypted text. To crack this Code massiv calculating power is required. For best results with this version encode only short strings and use different keys.

How to use DinoCrypt
1. Install the program on your Newton.
2. Generate a key. Don't forget the key-specific PIN. You will need it to decrypt your text later! Rename the new key by selecting it and enter a new name. Now you are ready to encrypt any selected text by clicking on the small lock icon in the lower left corner of the button bar and choosing a generated key.
For decryption select the encoded text and click again on the small lock. Select the right key and enter the corresponding PIN. By using the <Encrypt to new window> checkbox, the decrypted text is shown in a separate window. This way your encrypted message wont be overwritten.
Warning: If you encrypt with a wrong key over the original text your selection get unreadable.

To register
There are two ways to register DinoCrypt:
1. Send a e-mail with your name (as entered in the Owner Info section of your Newton) and the serial number (which you can find in the main window of DinoCrypt) to dinoware@gmx. net and pay $15 by Credit Card via http://order. kagi .com/?3SL (also with SSL (secure connection)).
2. Send the money to: Dinoware, Stationsstrasse 62, CH-8003 ZŸrich, Switzerland. Don't forget to send the serial number mentioned above.
