This statement applies to the bundle of files of which this file is a part, to be refered to from here on as the "distribution archive" or "this software."

Graviton reserves the sole right to license the usage and distribution of this software, the sole right to restrict such licenses in any way, and all other rights granted under U.S. and international copyright law.

The Graviton "Freeware" License Agreement



Graviton, to be refered to from here on as "the issuing party," hereby issues this license to all members of the general public, to be refered to from here on as the receivers, receiving party, or receiving parties.  The receiving party for this license includes all human beings on planet Earth.  Individual members of the receiving party are not excluded from being individually issued seperate licenses granting additional usage privleges.  For purposes of this agreement, "usage" includes "distribution" unless otherwise noted.



This license constitutes a statement of agreement.  Usage of this software, in part or in whole, by a member of the receiving party indicates the acceptance of this agreement by the individual member in question, to be refered to from here on as the receiver.  Acceptance of this license agreement binds the receiver by the terms of this agreement.



The receiver is bound by the following terms:



%  The receiver may use this software for non-commercial purposes only.  This permits the usage and or application of the contents of this distribution archive in the course of non-profit personal activities.  Any use of this software during an activity which is undertaken in whole or in part for the purpose of generating monetary profit or material gain is strictly prohibited under this license.  Those who wish to use this software for such undertakings must obtain a seperate license from Graviton in order to do so within the law.



% Members of the receiving party may distribute this software to any other member(s) of the receiving party under the following conditions.  1) Nothing may be charged for the act of distributing this software.  Costs of media, postage, and/or data transmission related to the distribution of this software may be exacted by the distributor, but not in excess of what is charged to the distributor by the parties who provide such goods and services, and then only if the charges are within standard cost limits for such goods/services.  "Service charges," handling fees, or any charges that cover something other than data transmission, postage, or media, or which otherwise allow the distributing party to profit monetarily/materially from the act of distributing this software, may not be requested or exacted.  2) This distribution archive may only be distributed as a whole.
