Card Creator 1.0 - lets you design and build your own business card types for

the built-in Names File of the Newton. Card creator actually 'builds' new packages onto your Newton.  These packages can be beamed, and Card Creator does not need to be installed for these cards to work. Requires NOS 2.x.
