Installing FaxCard:

For instructions on installing the Program Package. See the documentation that came with your Newton Connection Kit.





Starting Fax Card:

There are two ways to start FaxCard,

1.Tap the Extras, and than tap the FaxCard icon.

2. Tap FaxCard Logo at the bottom of the Note pad.



3.You will be given a Note Pad screen to write or draw your information to be Faxed.



4.after you have placed the information on the Note Pad to be Faxed Tap the Envelope icon at the Newton screen. Select FAX



5.You will be given a Text For RRE.S Line.

Place a reference about the Fax on this slip.

















6.The above panel is the Newton Fax slip



(a)Fill in the name or select from your Newton Names file.

(b)Select the Fax number from your Newton Names file or fill in Fax Number.

(c) Format should read Postcard (if not select it)

(d) Cover page should not be checked.

(e) You may preview your fax if you press the Preview button. Press Next to return to the fax slip.

(f) Press fax to send the Fax as a post card

(g) You fax is in the out box ready to send.

Use your Modem and phone to send the Fax



Custom Logo:

If you eMail or Fax a logo to me I can place it for you in the location to the left of the stamp .



The logo or Custom information should be no larger than 5/8S H and 1 1/4 R wide.



Or you may place your Company Name and Address in this Location.

The charge for this is 10.00. Your custom copy of FaxCard will be eMailed tou your onLine address.

Fax File:



If you are in FaxCard and you tap the overview button on your Newton you will see a list of all your Faxes that you may recall to view. If the Fax was sent you will see a postmark on the right side of the slip. You are also given the Date and Time of the Fax. The date and time of the Fax is also place on the Fax when it is sent in the stamp location.
