Instead of using Photoshop you may also use the shareware tool

"Graphikkonverter", actual is version 2.7.





New version of calibration applications:

In addition to putting their results into the clipboard

the new versions also print them onto the screen.





New tool "Distance":

--------------------

The tool calculates target positions with a known distance

in east/west and north/south direction to an already

known position.

It may be useful if you have a map without useable geographic

references. If you have at least one known position and

if you have a distance ruler on the map you can define the

ideal locations for calibration on the map and then enter

their distance (either kilometers, nautical miles or statute

miles) to the known position for getting their geographical

position.
