====== TDK Ethernet driver ======



[Description]

This software is the device driver which allows the following
Ethernet card to be used under Newton Internet Enabler(NIE) v2.0
environment.



[Required Environment]

- "Newton" hardware which OS 2.1 is bulit in.
  (MP2000/MP2100/eMate300)

- Newton Internet Enabler 2.0



[Supported Cards]

<cards which have already been tested and work fine>
  - TDK     LAK-CD021/CD021AX/CD021BX
  - RATOC   REX-R280
  - Fujitsu FMV-J182, FMV-J182A

<cards which have not tested yet>
  - Contec  C-NET(PC)C

** Caution **
This driver cannot recognize the cards other than listed ones.



[Installation]

(1)Install NIE 2.0

Don't forget to install Ethernet support modules included NIE.
I recommend that you will install all modules included.

(2)Install this driver

** Note **
I recommend that you will install them to ** Internal memory **.
