Derived this driver from the ModemSetup-2 Sample-Code which comes with the Newton Developer CD.

-> Compaq 144 Data Fax Modem Series 570 (from http://www.compaq.com/) !

I did test this driver quite thoroughly, and it works well for Data & Fax communication on a MP 2x00 AFAIK !

Please use on NOS 2.x systems only !
I believe this card uses a Rockwell chipset and hence the driver may well be compatible to other Rockwell chipset PC-Cards ! 
Does FaxClass1 & 2, Newton seems to prefer Class 1 however !

P.S.: I was unable so far to establish a fax-poll call with my MP 2100 and this modem, no matter what settings I chose, Newton wouldn't want to collect :(!
I believe this a bug in NewtonOS
