Installation Note

=================



If Notion is installed on a memory card and the notepad button is active, you

will get a warning when you remove the memory card. Therefore, if you plan to 

use the notepad button, we recommend that you install Notion in internal memory.



Compatibility

=============



Notion 1.5 should be able to read lists created with any previous version of

Notion. It should also be able to exchange lists via beaming or e-mail with

prior versions of Notion.



Notion 1.5 has been tested on Apple MessagePad 120, 130, and 2000 models.

It is *not* compatible with Newton 1.x.



Notion 1.5 cannot use templates from prior versions of Notion.





Known Bugs and Discrepancies

============================



1. Tapping on the New button with the entry slip open sometimes causes the view 

	behind the entry slip to appear temporarily (cosmetic).

	

2. If you use the name picker in a name field to choose a company which does

	not have a name associated with it, nothing will appear in the name field.

	

3. Printing and Faxing can use a great deal of heap memory. We recommend that 

	you select only the specific data you want to print before printing, to

	minimize the amount of heap memory required. Freezing inactive packages

	will also help this situation.
