This has been implemented as two databases: one for the primary information (Energy Check) and a second (Practices) for the large number of check boxes. A second database has been used to work around Leverage's dislike for long field names and inability to apply an arbitrary label to a field. By making Practices a separate database rather than a group of fields in another database, we can take advantage of the ability to edit in list view, checking off those practices that should be suggested, just as we check off items in the groceries database. There are other ways to do this, of course. This is just one approach that works reasonably well with Leverage. Another approach would be to have a text field in the main database and choose which practices to add to the text field from a pop-up list.
