PLEASE READ THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING LUNASUITE LITE (THE "SOFTWARE"). BY USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE.

NEITHER LUNATECH RESEARCH OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES MAKES ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE OR DOCUMENTATION INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL LUNATECH RESEARCH BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR GOODWILL OR OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY DEFECT IN THE SOFTWARE OR DOCUMENTATION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LUNATECH RESEARCH SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY DATA STORED WITH THIS PROGRAM, INCLUDING THE COSTS OF RECOVERING SUCH DATA. IN NO EVENT SHALL LUNATECH BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES EXCEEDING ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00 US).

The Software and documentation, on any media, are licensed, not sold, to you. This License will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this License agreement.

Lunatech Research intends to release a commercial version of the software and reserves the right to change any characteristic ,including but not limited to, features, licensing terms, dates, prices and dates of release.

This License allows you to install and use the Software on devices that runs the Newton Operating System. You may copy the Software in for backup purposes. 

Unless expressly permitted by Lunatech, or your legal juristiction, you may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, rent, lease, loan, sublicense, or create derivative works based upon the Software.

Lunatech Research reserves the right to terminate this License if a new version of the Newton Operating System is released which is incompatible with the Software.

Support for Software will be given on a goodwill basis only. This will be provided via Lunatech's World Wide Web site: (http://newton.lunatech.com)  

You may not use or otherwise export or reexport the Software except as authorized by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Software Software was obtained.  

If there is a local office of Lunatech Research in the country in which software and license were obtained, then the local law in which the office is located shall govern this License agreement.  In all other cases, this License shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
