WW 1.0 This package contains stationery that extends the Newton 2.0 Notepad to allow you to plan meals and track your intake based on the Weight Watchers(tm) diet. This package is based on the 1997 "Freedom Plan." The package is capable of tracking the plan up to a weight of 250 lbs. If anyone over 250 lbs wants to use the package, please contact me and I'll revise for additional selections. This package is freely distributable as long as this readme file is included in the distribution archive. Please send an email if you use this package so I have an idea of the interest in further developing this product. Installation: Install using your favorite installer (NBU, NPI, NCU, NTK, FBI, CIA). Installs as an autopart. It is recommended that you install ww.pkg on your internal store. If it is installed on a card and the card is removed, you will be unable to access your "trackers." Included: ww.pkg - The stationery to install readme.txt - The file you are currently reading Usage: When in the notepad, tap the New button. Select the "WW Tracker" item. A new tracker will pop up (may take a 5-10 seconds on a MP120/130). Write in the BRK, LUN, DIN, and SN boxes with the Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snack you plan to eat for the day. As you progress through the day, check off the boxes of the selections you've had. Move the slider next to the "C" box as you eat your Bonus Calories (used to be Optional Calories). Check off the exercise related check boxes on the right as you do them. The picker below the exercise boxes lets you to select a day for this tracker, allowing you to plan meals as far in advance as you like. When looking at the overview (the dot button between the two silkscreened arrows at the bottom of your Newton on a MP120/130), it will show you the day you've selected for your plan, not the day the tracker was created. Finally, there is a line to optionally track your weight on a daily basis. This would probably be frowned on by Weight Watchers International, but some people like to see their progress every day.
