What is UniCalc Pro?

UniCalc Pro is a multi-purpose calculator for the Newton. Speed, simplicity, and the day to day needs of the average user were the fundamental design considerations in creating UniCalc Pro. As a result, the calculator is very simple to use, yet has all the functions you need without being bogged down in unused features. A digital calculator is useless if it takes too long to open. It also keeps the price down closer to a real pocket calculator rather than a spreadsheet. 

UniCalc has memory support with results being saved across application closes and restarts. UniCalc comes with full support of Drag'n'Drop both internally and to place your results into another application or the clipboard. A feature unique to Newton calculators is UniCalc's single-button tax calculations in both plus and minus! UniCalc is designed to let you make calculations as you convert exchange rates, units or bases. It also offers fast switching between modules even in the middle of a calculation.

Installation

UniCalc Pro and UniCalc Pro Manual install just like any other Newton software packages using Newton Connection Utilities, Newton Package Downloader, or Newton Connection Kit.


Cost & Registration

UniCalc Pro is a commercial software. The price is $30. Upon registration you will be emailed a URL from which to download the actual product and a password necessary to access the archive.

Registration is handled through Kagi. You can use the Registration application by installing it on your Newton. You can register using your credit card via KagiÕs web page at <http://orders.kagi.com/>.
