Introduction

This is a $5 shareware illustrated "book" for the Newton. It contains California Code of Civil Procedure  sections 2016-2036 (the Discovery Act), minus expert witness sections (remember, this has to fit into your MessagePad!).  The actual text sections are complimented by a table of contents, bolded text at key points (at the author's discretion), and a section called "Traps for the Unwary." 
Not a bad package to take to court!

About the Author

Your author is a sixth-year litigator who practices (mainly) in State Court, specializing in Law and Motion, legal and coverage opinions, and Civil Appeals.

Upgrades

Part II may be entitled " 'Other Discovery'. . . Subpoenas and Experts" and include the expert witness sections of the CPP, some commentary thereto, as well as the sections that deal with subpoenas of documents, etc.
