Charles Darwin's The Descent of Man - Charles Robert Darwin (1809-1892) is world renown for his research and published works on evolution.  These works include Voyage of the H.M.S. Beagle (1839), Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection (1859), and The Descent of Man (1871). All three of Darwin's books are huge.
