This simple app mainly demonstrates the root's :Dial() method, and secondarily 
demonstrates how to set up a protokeyboard.

The calls which dial one number  (such as getroot:Dial("5",speaker)) are 
not terribly fast or useful, but they provide immediate feedback.  The
"Call Todd" button demonstrates how to preset a dial string.
